VH1's Megan Wants a Millionaire - Episode 3Trust Fund Baby Joe and Pro-Wrestler Matt are Eliminated
The Megan Wants a Millionaire cast takes part in a challenge to create a company for Megan's chihuahua, Lily.
At elimination, Megan sends home two millionaire bachelors.
In the previous episode of VH1 reality show Megan Wants a Millionaire, the rich bachelors took part in a gift-giving challenge. Al, Shawn and Big Mike win the challenge, and they go on a ski date with Megan. Megan Wants a Millionaire cast member Garth makes a stink following the challenge because Megan didn't enjoy his cheesy lip-syncing routine to his song, titled "Sex Mode." Upset that Megan doesn't like his song – a song he apparently spent two years working on – Garth threatens to leave the Megan Wants a Millionaire mansion in Hollywood. But Megan is wise to Garth's attempt at manipulation and she uses her well-developed manipulation skills to convince Garth to stay. At elimination at the end of the second episode of Megan Wants a Millionaire, Joe, Shawn and Garth are the three men who are up for elimination. Joe stays, but Shawn and Garth are eliminated. "I made up my mind to get rid of Garth the second he handed me his credit card last night. He's not going to leave on his terms. This is my house and he's going to leave on my terms," Megan explained. She eliminated Shawn because he failed to stick up for himself when Al took credit for the gifts that they had agreed to purchase and present together. What Happened on the Third Episode of Megan Wants a Millionaire? The cast of Megan Wants a Millionaire takes part in a competition to create a dog-related product or business for Megan's Chihuahua, Lily. Lavish Lily's is a "premier pet care paradise" that's the brain child of Punisher, Francisco and Al. The high-end pet service proposal includes dog treadmills, pet massages and other luxury spa-type services for dogs. Their presentation is mediocre due to weak brand establishment. Club Lily — a dog spa service — is another proposal offered up by TJ, Alex and Big Mike. They promptly sink to the bottom of the barrel due to the lack of clarity in their presentation, poor research on the potential demand for their product, and to top it off, Club Lily is a non-profit – the very mention of the word "non-profit" leaves Megan with a look of utter disgust. Corey, Matt and Dave propose a dog concierge service, which also includes a high-end accessory and dog jewelry line. Unfortunately, their proposal is deemed confusing, which the judges felt would make potential investors nervous. Ryan, Trust Fund Baby Joe and David propose a Lily-brand dog food container/water bowl. Joe's deep insecurity and lack of finesse shines through during this challenge, as he's admittedly clueless when it comes to any sort of business dealings. And to top it off, Joe completely loses his cool during the presentation and he's literally trembling as he stumbles over his words. Finally, David steps in and finishes the presentation and ultimately, its their team that wins the challenge. Megan's Dates With Joe, David and RyanAs the team leader, Ryan takes Megan to a french restaurant in an Aston Martin DB9, and they do seem to connect during the date. Megan's wine tasting date serves as the perfect opportunity for David to brag, leaving little opportunity for Joe to join in the discussion. Megan does spend some one-on-one time with Joe, who presents her with a Tiffany & Co. locket containing a photo of Megan and Lily the chihuahua. Megan enjoys the gift, but the same can't be said for her time with Joe. There's a clear lack of chemistry between Joe and Megan, despite Joe's awkward and rather pathetic attempts to impress and connect with Megan. When Megan returns from her date at the vineyard, she's approached by pro-wrestler Matt, who tries to connect with her by teaching her some wrestling moves. Megan clearly enjoys hitting Matt, but beyond that, they lack any sort of romantic connection – a fact that becomes evident when they try to have a discussion following the wrestling lesson. Who Gets Sent Home on Megan Wants a Millionaire? At elimination, David is the first Megan Wants a Millionaire cast member to get his credit card approved, followed by Corey, TJ, Punisher and Al. Ryan gets on Megan's bad side when he shows up at elimination without his credit card, and he's clearly shocked by the fact that he didn't get picked first. Despite Megan's annoyance, he's granted a reprieve and in the end, there's three candidates for elimination: Alex, Matt and Trust Fund Baby Joe. Alex has failed to connect with Megan due to his shyness, but he vows to step it up, so he gets his credit card approved. This leaves two Megan Wants a Millionaire cast members on the chopping block: Matt and Joe. In the end, Megan eliminates Joe and Matt. Joe is eliminated and sent home because there's a lack of romance, "and it turns out, I kinda want romance," Megan explains. Clearly, Joe is in the friend zone, so he's sent home despite his $10 million net worth. Megan also eliminates Matt, the pro wrestler, due to their complete lack of a connection. "What I found out didn't really fit in for my plans for my life." And in a moment of reality television gold that's sure to leave viewers shaking their heads, Matt says, "I think that Megan eliminated me because she thinks she's smarter than Arkansas, when we've produced Walmart, we've had Bill Clinton, we produce rice. Need I say more?" The third episode of Megan Wants a Millionaire was the last to air before the show was taken off the air indefinitely. This decision was made following the announcement that Megan Wants a Millionaire's Ryan Jenkins was charged in connection with the mutilation and murder of his ex-wife. The murdered body of swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore was found inside a suitcase that was discovered in a dumpster near Los Angeles, California on Saturday, August 15, 2009.
