This week's Project Runway challenge required designers to create a stage look in the Bob Mackie style. With a cave woman dress and witch costume, who was eliminated?

Last week's divorcee challenge tested how well the designers could create a modern look inspired by an old wedding dress. The challenge paired the designers with divorced women who modeled their designs. In the end, Gordana scored her first win while Epperson was eliminated due to his Oktoberfest-looking dress.

Christopher worried his days were numbered. He did well in the beginning but lately found himself in the bottom. Shirin felt good about her performance while Carol Hannah was happy with her slow and steady approach.

Heidi met the designers at the runway and told them it was time for their next challenge. She told the eight designers it was time to take the competition to the next level. For the next challenge, she said to really shine the winning designer look must upstage the rest. She also told the designers there would not be any immunity for winning this challenge or any of the future challenges.

The designers went off to meet Tim and a special guest, Bob Mackie. Tim explained that Mackie is the sultan of sequins and had designed for such entertainers as Cher. Mackie explained designing for the stage is different than designing for the runway.

The challenge was to design a stage look in the spirit of Bob Mackie for the celebrity, Christina Aguilera. The designers sketched for 30 minutes, then headed off to Mood with a $300 budget and two days to complete the look. Nicolas was excited to meet Bob Mackie and even more excited to design for Christina Aguilera.

Carol Hannah stressed over the challenge since she was out of her comfort zone. She bought all types of fabrics in the hope something would work out when she reached the sewing room. Logan, the token straight male designer, admitted he didn't really follow Christina Aguilera and wasn't sure what she would like.

Gordana experienced issues with her beaded fabric and felt overwhelmed. Fortunately, she enetered the week with immunity. On the second day, she decided to start over with a new design.

Tim showed up in the work room to give his critique. He warned Christopher that his look seemed too 1990s while he found Gordana's look too matronly. Tim told Nicolas that his dress looked like his past winning dress and worried him that he wasn't designing anything new.

Irina offered up some bitchy commentary on her thoughts of Shirin, who she didn't even consider a real designer. Irina continued to complain about Carol Hannah and how mediocre she found her. Nicolas commented that although Irina is a good designer, she wasn't a very nice person.

Heidi Klum and Nina Garcia were joined on the judging panel by Bob Mackie and Christina Aguilera.

Heidi called forward Irina and told her she would continue in the competition. She told Gordana that she's lucky she had immunity, otherwise she would have been eliminated today.

The remaining six designers had the highest and lowest scores. The judges first reviewed Carol Hannah's look who admitted the challenge was difficult for her. Christina thought she did a good job and Nina found it glamorous.

Shirin explained she wasn't excited by her dress which Heidi called an upscale Halloween witch costume. Althea described her look as a glamor look with an edge. Bob Mackie liked her use of fabric while Christina found it beautiful.

Christopher explained his reveal look in which he created two looks. Nina thought it looked like Lady Marmalade while Bob Mackie said he wouldn't put it on a chorus girl. Nicolas described his short silver look while Christina found it fun and pretty.

Logan explained his edgy punk rock look and Christina found it a little cave woman. Nina like the chance he took but wished he had taken the look further.

Project Runway Winner Announced & One Designer Eliminated: Auf Wiedersehen

The six remaining designers returned to the stage for the judgment. Heidi informed Althea that she was in and could leave the runway. Christina announced Carol Hannah had won the challenge.

Heidi continued by informing Nicolas and Logan that they were safe. Heidi told Christopher his look had already been done by Christina before. To Shirin, she told her the look was unflattering and boring. Heidi then announced that Shirin was out.
