Elimination Show Recap Season 2 Final Show & Winner Announced

So You Think You Can Dance Canada finishes its second season with the voting results announcing Canada's favourite dancer in a two-hour finale.

So You Think You Can Dance Canada completes a second popular season by announcing the top 4 dancers voting results. Having narrowed the field from 20 dancers in August to the final four last week, Canada voted over 3 million times for their favourite dancer.

The show opened the top 20 dancers performing together once again. Dressed in flowing white skirts and shirts, the dancers were accompanied by drummers in an energetic African dance choreographed by Sean Cheesman. The performance was one of the best group performances shown during the season.

The following So You Think You Can Dance Canada show results contains spoilers. Each dancer's performance may be reviewed, including who was voted off the show.

Leah announced each of the top 20 dancers who each performed a brief dance move, just as they did when the to 20 first aired. The top 10 then stepped forward to dance their intros. Then, the top four moved forward to each dance their dance steps.

Due to an injury suffered while choreographing the top 10, Mia Michaels was hospitalized and unable to attend the show. The judging panel contained Jean Marc, Tre, Blake, and Luther with guest judges Rex Harrington and Kenny Ortega.

The judges gave their opening comments, focusing heavily on how different and groundbreaking the Canadian show was compared to other SYTYCD shows. Sadly, the show had too many judges on the panel and they were stacked shoulder to shoulder. They may have had the first krumper in the top 20 but SYTYCD Canada had the shortest table for the judges. They looked so uncomfortable.

Kenny Ortega selected his favourite dance from the season which featured Tara Jean & Everett and their Sean Cheesman theatre number. The couple danced the energetic, tap dancing routine better than they did the first time.

Jean Marc selected a jive number featuring Amy & Vincent from a Tony and Melody choreographed number. Also full of energy, the couple seemed relaxed now that the voting was complete. The time away from performing made Amy look refreshed and happy to be back on the stage.

Rex picked a sexy mambo number with Jayme Rae & Everett. Unfortunately, Jayme Rae used the same yellow costume which fell to pieces the first time she performed using it. It was distracting to watch beads flying in every direction each time she moved.

Blake chose a Luther Brown hip-hop dance number featuring Kim & Cody. Inspired by the 1990s, the dance was like stepping into a time machine. Kim nailed it while Cody messed up a move, so much for having some time off to relax.

Jean Marc selected again and picked the rhumba by Tara Jean & Vincent. A slow and beautiful dance, the pair made it look effortless .

Tre picked Blake's jazz funk routine featuring Emanuel and Kim. The sexy dance had the crowd screaming for more, especially when Kim rips off her shorts to reveal her red bikini.

Leah selected the Bollywood group number full of colourful costumes and fast-paced movement. Tre next selected the contemporary Stacey Tookey routine featuring Vincent & Jayme Rae. Luther picked a house dance with Tara Jean and Everett.

After reviewing each of the top four dancers for judge feedback, Leah called forward the dancers to announce the voting results. After 3 million votes, Leah told Everett that he was not one of the top two dancers.

Leah continued by informing Vincent that he was in the top two, as was Tara Jean. Jayme Rae was eliminated. Leah announced that Canada's favourite dancer was Tara Jean.
