Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine have located their last woman in need and help her find happiness with the man she loves.

"Making Over America" hosts Trinny and Susannah point their trailer to North Florida. The duo ends up in St. Augustine with marine biologist Terran, who has some serious body issues. She works at Marineland, home to trained dolphins and lithe twenty- and thirtysomethings in wetsuits.

Trinny, Susannah, Terrran and the Dolphins

Upon arriving, Trinny and Susannah get the lowdown on Terran and her work. They slip into cropped khakis and uniform shirts and do some daily chores like cleaning the dolphin tank, scrubbing the wetsuits that guests use in every way imaginable and swimming with the dolphins. Susannah falls hopelessly in love with the dolphins and is convinced she is carrying a mermaid baby. Trinny doesn't rise to this level of absurdity. Both take the time to pluck eyebrows of one of Terran's older coworkers and to tell another young blonde how to doll herself up. They also zip Terran into a size six wetsuit, a way of letting her know that her image of herself is seriously skewed.

They also talk to Kevin, Terran's boyfriend of eight months. He knows she has a killer bod hiding under those saggy clothes. He hopes she can find ways to show it off since he and her friends are always telling her how good-looking she is. So Trinny and Susannah head off to Terran's apartment to check out her closet.

Trinny and Susannah Overdose on Logos

Terran's closet is full of matronly print dresses and some serviceable dresses and tops that have all been rendered useless for everyday wear by the Marineland logo stitched onto each piece. Trinny and Susannah pull up the Airstream after throwing out most of Terran's clothing. She does show them one dress she feels good in. Trinny and Susannah like the dress well enough, but point out the need for better, more supportive undergarments.

However, they hand Terran the Look Box. In it are photographs of various women and Terran has to place her picture in between the sizes that are closest to her actual size. Terran's misreading of body sizes also extends to the pictures. She sees a size 2 as a Size 6. Trinny and Susannah cluck, apply face cream and prepare for shopping.

During the shopping day, which starts with bras and foundation garments as usual, Trinny and Susannah point out how lovely Terran's body is with its slim waist and balanced proportions. Terran tells the mirror she has a beautiful body at the pair's insistence, but you can tell she doesn't quite believe it yet. Once she has tried on some killer jeans, sexy dresses and strappy sandals, you can tell she's beginning to believe.

Terran Says "Yes" to A New Life

After finding a cute casual outfit on her own, Terran returns to her apartment and finds that Trinny and Susannah have made over her closet with the usual outfits and photos of combinations. They coo over her shorts and tops and whisk her off to the hairdresser where they also offer use of lip plumping gloss.

That night, before Terran reveals her new self to her Mom (flown in for the occasion), Kevin proposes and she says yes, prompting tears and coos of delight from Trinny and Susannah. The newly engaged couple celebrate with their family and friends. Trinny and Susannah ride off into the sunset.
