This week Steve-O and Lacey did not compete because Steve-O was injured earlier during the day. Their score this week was based on a dress rehearsal performance.

Belinda Carlisle and Jonathon danced the salsa. Len told Belinda to work on her hip action. Bruno said she needs to work on her timing, but he liked how much she got in to it. Score – 18

David Alan Grier and Kym danced the salsa. Bruno said he needs to work on timing. Len thought there was too much Kym, not enough David. “It wasn’t a good dance,” he said. Score – 17

Shawn Johnson and Mark danced the salsa. Bruno wanted her to be naughtier and more flirtatious. Len thought it was well done but also wanted her to loosen up. Carrie Ann thought her footwork and hips were great. Score – 24

Lil’ Kim and Derek danced the quickstep. Bruno thought the performance was vivacious and uplifting. Carrie Ann was impressed with the choreography, but she told the pair to get closer. Len didn’t think the dance had quality, which Bruno and Carrie Ann spoke up in disagreement about. Score – 23

Steve-O and Lacey danced the salsa. The judges scored them live. Len didn’t enjoy it and didn’t think it was salsa. Bruno called the dance “a series of unfortunate events.” Carrie Ann wasn’t impressed. After the performance Lacey said that Steve-O would have been much better live. Score – 14

Holly Madison and Dmitry danced the quickstep. Len said her footwork was good, but her posture was not. Bruno said she needed to keep up with her partner. Carrie Ann liked Holly’s enthusiasm. Score – 18

Ty Murray and Chelsie danced the quickstep. “Yee haw,” Carrie Ann yelled, “I am so, so proud of you. That was excellent!” Bruno thought Ty was extremely improved, and Lee called it “an absolute metamorphosis.” Bruno and Lee complemented Ty on his great posture. Score – 20

Denise Richards and Maksim danced the quickstep. Carrie Ann said Denise did much better this week. Lee thought the pair worked together well. “I think there is a good dancer… starting to come out,” Bruno said. Score – 21

Melissa Rycroft and Tony danced the salsa. “Finally, a real salsa,” Carrie Ann said, adding that Melissa had it all. Len thought it was the salsa of the night. “I want more,” Bruno said. Score – 26

Gilles Marini and Cheryl danced the quickstep. Len said their dance was great, and Gilles is not a one-dance wonder. Bruno said he saw sparks on the dance floor. Carrie Ann said she can see him becoming the fan favorite. Score – 27

Lawrence Taylor and Edyta danced the quickstep. Carrie Ann thought Lawrence was smooth, powerful and much better than last week. Bruno said Lawrence really performed this week. Len told him he should think less while performing. Score – 20

Steve Wozniak and Karina danced the quickstep. Steve has a small fracture in his foot, but he isn’t letting that stop him. Len loved the song choice and his enthusiasm, but Steve’s dancing just weren’t there. Carrie Ann told Steve to work on his endurance. Bruno thought he was charming, but he didn’t seem impressed with the dancing. Score – 17
