RW/RR Challenge The Duel 2 — Episode 3 Recap
Real World/Road Rules Cast in the Duel II
RW/RR rules are as follows: after each challenge, there will be one guy winner and one girl winner. Those two will then deliberate on which person they will choose from the remaining players. The person they choose will then choose another player or the opposite sex, that process continues until there is one guy and one girl left not chosen. Those two remaining players will be going to the Duel. The two players then choose one player of the same sex to face them in the Duel.
Each challenge is individual, and at the end there will be six players competing for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place cash prizes.
Previously on The Duel II
Kimberly sends Robin home after facing off in the second female Duel. MJ sends Ryan home after the second male Duel. The house goes crazy after Paula goes against Evan and chooses who she wants before the Duel, causing everyone to mistrust her.
The Next Challenge: All Shook Up
The players compete in several heats comprised of three phases which are limited by time. While standing on a rope above a mud pit, they have to hold onto another rope above their heads. The objective is to not fall into the mud. Whoever stays on the rope the longest wins the heat and moves onto the final round.
Female Rounds of All Shook Up on The Duel 2
In the first heat, Aneesa falls off the rope first, then they reach the time limit for the first phase and the second phase begins where they have to hold onto the rope with only one hand. Diem and Brooke are disqualified when they touch the rope with their other hand. Kimberly wins this heat.
The second heat starts with Katie falling in the mud first. Then Paula, Jenn and Rachel fall simeltaneouly but Paula hits the water last so she wins the heat. Ruthie wins the third heat by shaking her competitors off.
In the women's final heat, Ruthie, Paula and Kimberly face off and reach phase three where they can touch each other to get someone to fall off. Ruthie wins the final heat and is safe from the Duel.
Men Rounds of All Shook Up on The Duel 2
During the first men's heat of All Shook Up, Isaac falls into the water first, followed by Brad. Davis and MJ face off for a few minutes until Davis falls into the water. MJ wins the first heat.
The second heat is won by Landon after he fights Mark off of the rope.
The third male heat with Eric, Nehemiah and Evan starts off even. Then Eric falls first followed shortly by Evan. Nehemiah wins this heat.
In the final men's heat, Landon, Nehemiah and MJ go at it. Nehemiah and Landon battle it out and Nehemiah falls into the water. Landon wins the men's challenge and is safe from the Duel.
Choosing Who Will Go Into the Duel
Landon and Ruthie deliberate who will be chosen first. They choose Brittini. When it is Evan's turn to pick a girl, he shocks everyone and chooses Kimberly instead of Paula, his partner. Immediately, Paula is pissed off and starts crying. Evan says he had to do it because of all the drama that Paula caused the last time.
Brooke is the last female standing and she picks Brittini to go into the Duel with her. Davis is the last male standing and he chooses Evan to face him in the Duel. The guys choose Back Off (the same Duel that Aneesa and Shauvon had on the first female Duel. The guys choose Spot On.
The Third Female and Male Duels on Real World/Road Rules Challenge The Duel II
The female Duel, Back Off starts between Brittini and Brooke each of them has a harness with a hook on their back, the objective of the game is to grab the other person's hook and attach it to the ring suspended behind them. Whoever hooks their opponents hook twice is the winner.
Brittini grabs Brooke's hook and hooks it onto the ring first. Brittini then grabs the hook from Brooke again and wins the Duel. Brooke is sent home.
The male Duel, Spot On is a puzzle that involves climbing and attaching puzzle pieces to a wall. Davis and Evan face off and Evan gets a slow start but then things are pretty even. Even wins the challenge, getting all of this puzzle pieces in place. Davis is sent home.
Back at the house, Evan tries to smooth things over with Paula, who is still mad at him. Meanwhile, everyone is discussing how Evan is trying to play both sides of the fence.
