In the previous episode of Rock of Love Bus, the cast took part in an ice skating challenge with a special Rock of Love guest - Lacey Connor.
Melissa is sent home at the end of episode three after the other Rock of Love Bus cast members overhear Melissa badmouthing Bret during a middle-of-the-night cell phone conversation.
What Happens on Rock of Love Bus Episode 4?
Episode four begins with the cast's arrival in Chicago, where the Rock of Love Bus girls emerge from their hotel to learn that Maria was taken away by ambulance in the middle of the night. Maria, it seems, suffers from an unspecified medical condition that ultimately led to her hospitalization; Bret visits Maria in the hospital and it's revealed that Maria's hospitalization has signaled the end of her time with the Rock of Love Bus cast.
The Rock of Love Bus cast members then learn about their challenge: the girls are divided into two teams; the first team to get the stage and equipment disassembled and packed into the trailer wins VIP treatment at that night's concert and a date with Bret the following day.
The girls are divided into two teams: Farrah, Taya, Kelsey, and Mindy on one team and Beverly, Ashley, Brittanya and Natasha on the second team. Marcia happens to draw a special green guitar pick, which enables her to sit out the challenge while enjoying VIP treatment and a date with Bret along with the winning team.
The competition is intense and Taya's team is clearly in the lead - that is, until Taya takes a fall off the stage. Taya and her teammates lose their focus and the other team wins the challenge. The disappointed challenge losers are given one more chance to join the winning team at Bret Michaels' concert when the girls are each given a cell phone; Kelsey gets the winning phone (which dials Bret's cell phone), which means she joins the winning team for VIP treatment.
During the concert, Taya, Farrah and Mindy get general admission seats and Mindy catches Bret's eye in a bad way as she stands there pouting, while the other girls sing and dance to the songs.
Marcia also catches Bret's attention when she gives a piece ot jewelry (that had been given to Marcia as a gift from Bret) to a fan in the front row at the concert.
After the Bret Michaels Concert...
The highlight of the show occurs after Bret's concert, while the girls are drinking and enjoying an evening in the casino. Bret decides to skip of the after party, but his band mates join the party and hang out with the Rock of Love Bus cast.
A drunken Beverly puts her relationship with Bret on the line when she kisses one of Bret's band mates. And naturally, it's loud-mouthed Ashley that sees Beverly kiss the drummer.
The following day, Bret confronts Beverly during lunch on the group date. The only explanation Beverly can give is that she could not recall the night's event's due to excessive drinking.
Who Gets Sent Home on Rock of Love Bus?
When it's time for the Rock of Love elimination ceremony, it's Ashley who gets the first pass. One by one, the Rock of Love Bus cast members receive their backstage passes, signaling that they'll remain on the show.
Mindy is in the bottom three due to her "downer" attitude during the concert, while Beverly is in the bottom three as a result of her kiss with Bret's drummer. Marcia, on the other hand, is in the bottom three due to her constant partying, which makes Bret question her intentions. Is Marcia on the show to party or is she on the Rock of Love Bus cast with hopes of getting to know Bret and to possibly find love?
In the end, it comes down to Marcia, Mindy and Beverly. Bret ultimately decides to give Beverly and Mindy a pass; Marcia is eliminated and sent home and eliminated from the Rock of Love Bus cast.
